SERVE
Get more connected at Crossview by joining a ministry team! It’s a wonderful opportunity to use your God-given skills and talents for His glory. You’ll connect with fellow believers and leaders who want to help you know God, grow spiritually, and go missionally.

Adult Ministries
Men’s and Women’s Ministries, Plus Group, Connection Groups: Serve on our men’s or women’s ministry leadership teams by assisting in event planning. Email mensmin@cvgrabill.org or womensmin@cvgrabill.org to inquire about serving opportunities. Serve our senior Crossviewers by gathering with the Plus Group on Sunday mornings at 9am to offer encouragement and prayer. Email hal@cvgrabill.org to get involved. Lead a connection group! These small groups meet in homes to study scripture, pray for one another, and ultimately do life together. Email info@cvgrabill.org to get connected.

First Impressions
Being part of the First Impressions Team is so much more than holding the door or offering a handshake! This team plays an essential role in making new visitors feel at home and regular attenders feel loved. What to expect: As part of the First Impressions Team, you will be asked to arrive at 9:15am on your scheduled Sundays to rally with the team. You will pray for one another and receive important church announcements so that you are equipped to answer any questions a guest may have. After the team meeting, you will offer warm greetings at the door and assist new visitors at the welcome desk. Email marlene@cvgrabill.org to join the FIT team!

Worship & Tech
Consisting of vocalists, instrumentalists, slide operators, sound technicians, live stream operators and more, our Worship Arts team works together to serve our church with humble excellence and lead the congregation in worship that connects hearts to God. What to expect: Worship rehearsals take place on Thursdays at 6:45pm and Sundays at 8:30am. The team also gathers monthly for fellowship, training, and organic worship together. *You don’t have to be technically advanced to serve in the tech booth! Serving can look as simple as clicking slides or following the pastor with the camera. Click the photo above to learn more about the Worship Arts Team and how to get connected.

Youth Ministry
We desire to see our teenagers know God, grow spiritually, and go missionally. Youth leaders play a major role in this! Leaders build relationships with students and offer discipleship as students navigate the Christian walk. What to expect: Youth Group meets twice a month on Sunday evenings from 6-8pm. Leaders gather at 5:30pm each time to go over the evening schedule, support each other in prayer, and discuss supplemental reading. During youth group, leaders will welcome students at the door, participate in (and sometimes lead) games and activities, and guide small group discussions. Leaders are also encouraged to reach out to the students in their small group throughout the week and spend time with them outside of youth group. Other ways to serve: Join our air support prayer team or provide food! Email joel@cvgrabill.org to learn more and get involved.

CrossBrew Cafe
Serve warm coffee and warm smiles to your church family! The cafe team not only gets our church caffeinated and energized for the service, but they are also the first stop right inside the door for many attenders. A friendly smile and warm welcome as Crossviewers fill up their cup can go a long way. What to expect: Cafe volunteers typically serve on a monthly basis. They are asked to arrive at 9:00am on Sundays to get the coffee brewing and restock on inventory. Email info@cvgrabill.org to start brewing!

Creative & Communications
Our creative & communications team enhances Crossview’s outreach efforts and engages the body in the mission. Through photography, videography, design, and written communication this team plays an essential role in connecting people to the discipleship opportunities available to them at Crossview Church. Some ways you can serve on this team: take photos during church, record or edit promotional videos, write content for ENews, social media, or the church website, provide proofreading support, design slides to be used for announcements. Email kayla@cvgrabill.org to use your talents and creativity to support Crossview’s mission.

Kids Ministry
You don’t have to be a teacher to serve in Kids Ministry! We deeply value our teachers and pray for skilled adults to bring the Gospel to our kiddos, but there are many other opportunities to serve as well. Classroom helpers lend a hand to teachers and build relationships with students. Nursery workers take loving care of our littlest Crossviewers. Boat volunteers assist families during the check-in process and welcome first time guests. Each role is essential to making Sunday mornings run smoothly and helping our children know God. What to expect: Volunteers typically serve on a monthly basis. We ask volunteers to arrive by 9:30am on Sunday mornings to meet and pray together. Teachers will need to spend time preparing their lesson during the week. Email kids@cvgrabill.org to let us know how you would like to be involved!

Grounds & Maintenance
The Lord has blessed Crossview with a beautiful church property! Help us steward this blessing well by taking loving care of our church landscaping and building maintenance. Volunteer to regularly mow the lawn, weed the flower beds, or to be available to lend a hand as repairs are needed. Email neal@cvgrabill.org to serve.

Prayer Team
Passionate Prayer is one of our core values here at Crossview. Prayer is a privilege we have in Christ to be able to communicate with our Creator. Join us in passionately pleading for God to move mightily in and through Crossview Church. What to expect: As prayer requests are brought forth, you will receive communication and be asked to passionately and faithfully lift up our Crossview family in prayer. Email info@cvgrabill.org to join the prayer team.
