Vacation Bible School
At Emerald Crossing VBS, kids will journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes, exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23. They’ll discover the life of the shepherd-king David and will learn how to cross from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd. Sunday mornings, May 31st-June 28th. More details coming soon!
Leo Fireworks
The Annual Freedom Fireworks Celebration will be held at Riverside Gardens in Leo (14701 Schwartz Road) on Saturday, June 27th. Food trucks will open at 5:00pm, live music will begin at 7:00pm, and fireworks will start around 10:00pm. We encourage Crossviewers to join the celebration, sit together, and enjoy this community event as a time of fellowship. Mark your calendars—we hope to see you there!
VBS Celebration Picnic
We invite the entire church family to join together in celebrating VBS month by engaging in a fun time of fellowship together on Sunday, June 28th. Stick around after the service for lunch and fellowship! Crossview will provide hot dogs, chips, and drinks along with outdoor games and fun! Please RSVP at the button below. Also let us know if you’d like to bring apple pie or a dessert item to share!
Kids Ministry Sabbatical
Kids Ministry will take a sabbatical during the month of July to allow teachers and VBS staff an opportunity to rest. This break ensures our teachers return refreshed and ready to love your kiddos well for the next school year! Family Worship will be observed each Sunday in July. While Nursery and Toddler classes will remain open, we encourage all other children to join us in worship. We spent the month of June teaching our kids the security we have in our Good Shepherd, now let’s show them how we, as adults, build our relationship with the Good Shepherd each week.
