What is Growth Track?
Growth Track is a hybrid course with two on-demand sessions followed by a final in-person class at Crossview. Throughout these sessions you will learn who we are and what we do here at Crossview. Then you will explore the Discipleship Triangle and identify the next step in your discipleship journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Discover your next step in faith. Whether you’re new to Crossview Church or have been part of our family for years, Growth Track is designed to equip you as a disciple-making disciple. Throughout these sessions you’ll be informed or refreshed on the mission of Crossview Church and our core beliefs. Then you will learn practical skills and deepen your understanding of core Christian principles so you can continue to grow in your walk with Jesus.
What You'll Learn:

Who We Are and What We Do: Discover the core beliefs, mission, and ministry strategy of Crossview Church.

Membership: Learn what church membership means, what the Bible says about it, and why it is important.

Discipleship Journey: We are all on our own individual discipleship journeys. Identify where you are at, what your next step is, and get connected with Crossviewers and leaders who can come alongside you in taking that next step.

Key Foundations: Understand essential Biblical concepts like the Trinity, stewardship, and more.
Sessions 1 & 2
Format: Self-paced, online
Time Commitment:

10-15 minutes of teaching videos per session.

A few short reflection questions.

Links to additional articles and resources to deepen your knowledge and understanding of our core beliefs.
How It Works:

Complete the assessments—these are just for your personal growth and will not be shared publicly.
Session 3
Format: In-person class (90 minutes or less)
When & Where: On a Sunday after service. (Upon completing the online courses you will be added to an email list to receive communication announcing the date of the next class.)
What to Expect:

Sit with other participants and learn directly from our pastors and elders.

Explore the Discipleship Triangle and Discipleship Journey Roadmap to identify your next step as a disciple of Jesus.

Connect with other Crossviewers through group discussions about discipleship.
We’ll provide lunch and childcare so you can focus on growing in community and understanding.

Church
Membership
We believe every Christian should belong to a local church and take ownership of that church. Growth Track is the first step in that process. If you would like to learn more details on why Church Membership is important and Biblical, watch the attached video from Pastor Kyle.
