Crossview has been selling Elephant Ears (previously known as "knee patches" to raise the yearly budget for the youth group for over 30 years!
The Elephant Ear Trailer was gifted to our church and we are so blessed to have this unique opportunity that brings us together and funds our youth group.

What is an elephant ear?
An elephant ear is a sweet, fried pastry made from flattened dough that’s deep-fried until golden, then coated generously with cinnamon and sugar. It gets its name from its large, thin, irregular shape, which is said to resemble an elephant’s ear.

In addition to funding our youth ministry, for every shift a student and parent works they will earn money that can be put towards the cost of Youth events (such as Ice Camp, mission trips, etc.)
As well as financial support, students can also use their time working the trailer as credit towards graduation and experience to put on their resume. It is also a great bonding experience spending many hours together working as a church family. But most importantly, as we go out into the communities, we are sharing the love and Gospel of Jesus with others. The elephant ear trailer is a tool God has blessed our church with and we want to take every opportunity to use it to honor Him as His ambassadors.
“Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.” - 2 Corinthians 5:20
